I was baking cupcakes for Alyssa's birthday and she walks into the kitchen...
Alyssa: Cake Mommy?
Me: Yes, I'm making cupcakes for your friends at school
Alyssa: Chokit (translation: Chocolate) cake Mommy?
Me: Yes, ma'am
(Alyssa is getting extremely excited, jumping up and down at this point)
Alyssa: Chokit cake! Chokit cake! Peas (translation: Please) mommy, chokit cake? Peas!
Me: Honey, I've got to cook the chocolate cake first.
Alyssa: Peas mommy, chokit cake, peas!
It's so hard to say no to such a sweet little thing?
